The Chair for Industrial Information Management (formerly Audi Endowed Chair Supply Net Order Management) is part of the LogistikCampus at TU Dortmund University. In cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML and the Fraunhofer Institute for Software and Systems Engineering ISST, the LogistikCampus bundles competencies in technical logistics and information logistics and continues to expand them. 

At the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, the Chair for Industrial Information Management researches innovative concepts, processes, architectures and solutions for business and logistics networks. The work is characterised by an interdisciplinary approach to the research subject at the interface of engineering sciences, business administration and computer science. The chair is located at the Logistics Campus and participates in the training of logisticians, mechanical engineers and industrial engineers in the degree programmes at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. Numerous cooperations with national and international partners from science and industry characterise the activities in research and teaching.
